MSDF not redering

I have followed the exact steps from:

but the render looks like:

• tried using multiple ttf sources.
• also different ttf to msdf conversion tools:
  https://msdf-bmfont.donmccurdy.com/, pixijs assets loader, msdf-bmfont,etc.
