In response to #23, add a dupe check to dupe check using the filename, then other properties (resolution/codec/source).

Output CSV now contains additional Info column, and default sort changed, with films that are unloadable or potentially unloadable at the top.

Add banned list of groups to prevent a banned group (assuming the release group is parsed) from being uploaded.
