pkgdev commit: consider allowing config for e.g. implied --scan

pkgdev commit --scan is analogous to repoman commit.

For those of us stuck in the past, is it possible to have some way of defaulting to --scan? Or is an alias in $SHELL better suited for this?

The only way I see supporting that internally is via a similar config file setup like pkgcheck where you can specify settings that map to command line options. I don't see enabling it by default because I personally don't think that's the optimal workflow. 😆

Pff, I meant "let me make it configurable"!

I'm coming around to being used to the new way though.
