All URUNTIME_PRELOAD did was edit the URUNTIME_MOUNT= string in the uruntime to 0.

sed -i -e 's|URUNTIME_MOUNT=[0-9]|URUNTIME_MOUNT=0|'

It is not in the .upd_info or .envs section.
