The next log to see where incomplete agendas are coming from.
It looks like the release workflow with GH Releases means we cannot test outside of this repo for PRs because it does not generate the build. I have not looked for a workaround yet, so maybe I missed something, but going to push a few of these as fast releases to narrow down on the bug.
