[Redesigned Workflow] | Reviewer Manager - Reviewer more options, Reinstate Reviewer did not work and icon is missing

Description

After Cancelling a reviewer a new set of reviewer options shows up. Reinstate Reviewer option was not working. Didn't seem to have an event after clicking on the option.

Preconditions : Must have a submission in the review stage with a reviewer who has accepted to review (or even better if the review is already in cancelled state). Does not have to complete the review or decline the review.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with User/Role of Editor
2. Navigate to the particular submission established in the preconditions
3. Select the three dots menu
4. Select Cancel Reviewer option
5. Select the three dots menu again after the review has been cancelled
6. Choose Reinstate Reviewer option

Expected Result

It should continue with the Reinstate the reviewer flow. in 3.4 it brings up the form to send an email

Nothing happens. No event and the reviewer is not reinstated and Icon from figma design is missing

@jardakotesovec when I select Reinstate Reviewer I am getting the "Unassign Reviewer" pane. I should be getting the Reinstate Reviewer Pane. I'm not sure why the title doesn't match. The email message template looks correct.

Working as expected now. Icon is seen as well.
