Fixes the missing PlanetScale auth card in Grok Bot.
Renames
.mcp.jsontomcp.jsonso Cursor picks it up by default, removes the manifest override, and updates release packaging.Tested in Grok Bot — the PlanetScale Authorize card now shows up after install. Archive checks pass with all 19 skills.
