About serial port programming

Hi guys, I want to program stm32 through the serial port. I used a software on a forum and there is no problem. I think pio can also achieve this function. I tried modifying upload_flags and extra_script.py and it didn’t solve this. problem.

I think the key to this problem is how to configure the DTR and RTS pins.
