Minor changes since v2.10.0:

• Fix platform drush for Drupal sites with one app where the document_root is '/'
• Remove unnecessary mkdir() from profile builds, fixing incompatibility with Drush < 6.5
• Build locally regardless of API errors
• Allow platform environment:set-remote to be used for PR source branches when both the source and PR-specific environments both exist
• When generating a new key with ssh-key:add, attempt to use the default key location (~/.ssh/id_rsa) so an SSH agent isn't needed
• Check already existing keys in ssh-key:add and return 0 if the user already has the key.
