What exactly should be updated?
The timeout for serving a single request after which the PHP-FPM worker process is killed.
PHP accepts a string (number plus unit) but you require an integer so I have no idea what units you are expecting.
e.g.:
The timeout (measured in elephants) for serving a single request after which the PHP-FPM worker process is killed.
