Create end to end tests

Pretend to be GitHub and send a webhook event, then verify the database/endpoint has the information we'd expect

• Mock external services in Docker
  • GitHub
  • Either fake server, use Docker host update
• Check full sync of post
• Check full sync of author
• Check full sync of collection
• Use the url-metadata endpoint to get the metadata of a url
• Use the post-images endpoint to generate social images of a post
