Pull request overview
Updates the deploy action’s dynamic-workflow name discovery to be calculated more directly from the workflows API.
Changes:
- Switches dynamic workflow enumeration from “runs → workflow_id → workflow” to directly querying
/actions/workflows. - Adds two prefilled workflow names via
echowith inline rationale comments.
