Pull request overview
Adds a scheduled GitHub Actions workflow to automatically detect recently failed workflow runs on main and open (or reuse) tracking issues for them.
Changes:
- Introduces a new scheduled workflow (
cron) that queries recent workflow runs viagh api+jq. - Creates GitHub issues titled
Fix workflow <workflow name>for unique failing workflows (within a lookback window).
