Refactoring

  • refactor(config): complete canonical sch/pcb/inv/ann namespace migration

Finish the data-side namespace migration by removing remaining short
prefix usage from merge, resolver, CLI, audit, and overlay code paths.
Update affected unit and BDD scenarios to assert canonical-only behavior.
