Performance Improvements

  • perf(config): cache profile loading for CLI startup

Adds memoized unified/fabricator/supplier loader paths with copy-on-read safety and caches parser-time fabricator metadata. Includes regression tests to ensure repeated loads stay mutation-isolated.
