Features

  • feat(plugin): add KiCad plugin and PCM icons

Wire ActionPlugin light/dark toolbar icons from packaged assets,
add the PCM package icon, and ensure plugin asset subdirectories
are included in PCM archive staging.

Add feature and unit coverage for archive icon structure/dimensions,
and document icon packaging requirements in plugin UX design docs.

Closes #321
