Allow authors to close/delete items #341
Description
Problem Statement
Authors cannot close or delete issues, after they have been opened they are open.
So when someone writes a comment which helps you resolve your issue or when it gets just fixed by newer updates (at it has happened to one of my items on the ploi instance of roadmap) you cannot close these issues to no longer have them flying around.
It is only possible to edit them, so some people might prefix the title with [Resolved] or something similar but deleting/closing them would be a cleaner way of handle such things.
Proposed Solution
I think it should be allowed for authors to close items or delete them. Alternatively a "mark as resolved" would also be worth considering, with this a "solving comment" could be marked which is then highlighted for future viewers.
