[Feature Request]Add parameters to dash.Dash() to let user ignore "detected a Component for a prop other than `children`" error

When I was developing extra Dash component, I wanted to pass some Component objects to the component as other parameters, such as a defined icon prefix, so I thought it would be better to add parameters that allow the user to control whether or not to perform the checks shown in the figure below😀

There's much more to it than just disabling that check. The dash renderer only converts children props to react components; within any other prop components will just be passed along to the parent component as plain JSON objects.

We could imagine something like a per-component whitelist of props in which you are allowed to pass dash components.

In the meantime, the solution we've used in some other contexts is to create multiple other types of component to use within the children prop, and then have the parent pluck items out of the children prop based on their type to render in different locations, rather than just rendering the whole children prop together.
