PieChart Legend Popup Display Position

Hi Team Plotly @etpinard ,

Thanks for the great library!

I'm having a problem with the pie-chart legend popup, when there are too many items in the piechart, and we hover over the items downside, the legend-popup doesn't show-up completely, looks like it shows the popup outside the height of pie-chart.

But when we hover on slice items on top of the piechart, it displays the legend-popup inside the piechart height.

My request is, can we control the direction of legend-popup? like show legend-popup on top/bottom/inside of piechart height?

Hi - we are currently trying to tidy up Plotly's public repositories to help us focus our efforts on things that will help users most. Since this issue has been sitting for several years, I'm going to close it. If it's still a concern, we'd be grateful if you could open a new issue (with a short reproducible example if appropriate) so that we can add it to our backlog. Thanks for your help - @gvwilson
