Being an Anaconda distribution fan, I ran conda skeleton pypi plotly_express and then conda build plotly_express. The build step failed, because the meta.yaml file that got generated had a double colon in the description field. I changed the : to a - and it built perfectly.

Thanks for the contribution! Do I need to push a new release to PyPI to get this to work for you?

@nicolaskrutchen I think if you want someone to be able to do the steps I outlined in the PR, yes. I also might suggest that you push an official build to anaconda.org.
