Chat is run on a separate server now with new plug dj settings

This breaks the bots sendChat function as well as its ability to read the chat. All API functions work correctly.

SocketIO and SockJS have both been a part of plug for awhile. Recently they changed how to connect to the chat Socket. However with this huge up and coming plug.dj update, the developer must wait until after the update to rewrite this whole plugAPI. For the moment it will not work. As of this time it is 4 hours til the all day update tomorrow. EDIT: Seems the update was delayed again to late monday night.

I'll keep an eye on this too. There's no point of spending some effort right now for a fix if they're going to change everything tomorrow.

So much delay - but the chat seems to work fine as of now

Also keep in mind that the chat object being returned by plug has changed (it now gives you cid and fid instead of chatID and fromID, respectively), so any code depending on the emitted chat event will likely need to account for this.
