Need help - Print tickets with plugin Fields

Hello guys

I use the fields plugin with GLPI 9.2.3. To print the tickets I use the PDF plugin (https://forge.glpi-project.org/projects/pdf).

However when printing a ticket through the PDF plugin, fields created through the fields plugin are not printed. Is there any possibility of this happening?

I guess PDF plugin does not provide support for fields plugin. This may be not so easy to do, but I guess this have to be done on the PDF side.

@trasher i not agree with you.
PDF give all mechanisms for other plugins but each other plugin must create there own pdf file (done by Appliances, webapplications, resources...).

We have believe that both plugins are very good and really add value to GLPI. It would be great to have this compatibility, I will wait for a positioning of Fields staff.

I have analyzed this issue, and given the documentation provided to create the PDF files for each specific plugin, it works !!!

However, this Fields plugin, which we use here in the company, adds Custom Fields in various items, such as Tickets, Computers etc ...

The question that mr. @phamorais asked was that when printing a ticket that has custom fields, they do not appear on the print sheet of the "ticket", just the standard GLPI fields and tabs.

Following the documentation https://forge.glpi-project.org/projects/pdf/wiki/En_devdoc for implementing the PDF in the plugin fields, but only works on the field register / edit screen.

We do not want to create a print tab in the plugin, but rather that the fields created by the plugin are available in the print tab.

Is there any way to plug in additional information in forms already in the PDF plugin? For example, does the ticket print recognize the fields entered through the fields plugin?
