Bug description

Hello,
In my environment, I have some custom required fields for the module "changes". When I tried to update some 'change' using the API request, the API return error mentioning that some "required field is empty".
If I set the requirement to false for this custom field, no error is thrown.
This issue started after the update to the 1.21.22 version.

You need to include the c_id key in your payload, containing the container's identifier.

I tried to send the PUT request including the c_id, but the error still happens:

If I set the "Data de execução" field as unrequired, I able to update using the API (with or without c_id ):

The fieldname is correct (notificaofield):

If I set the "datadeexecuofield" some value in the payload, the request has sucessfull.

It seems the plugin is checking all the field from the payload and requiring the mandatory fields even if they are not included in the PUT payload for updating. - I'm trying to update the notificaofield which is not required or mandatory. The datadeexecuofield field should be filled in the UI.
This behavior did not happen in my previous version (1.21.8)
