[2.13.0alpha4] category form layout issue

Describe the bug
glpi 10 + plug in formcreator 2.13.0 alpha4
trouble with form categories layout :

1. sometimes blank in between
2. if title too long, it writes over the next title

oups.. almost solved by the new plugin version 2.13.0.beta1 .
Still a different lack of space when title too long (2 lines) but it's minor compared to previous version

Enable debug mode in glpi or recompile the CSS of the plugin

Command to recompile is bin/console glpi:plugin: formcreator:scss
