As shown in case 302, which has already been closed,
I have the same problem with GLPI 11.0.1 and I have updated the plugin to the latest version, but I can confirm that it still does not work, the error persists and it does not save the tag in the ticket.

No, it says here that it is compatible with 11.0.1.

The "~" means this version, up to but not including the next minor version (11.0.1 up to but not including 11.1.0).

Hello, do you mean that if it says ~11.0.1, the version 11.0.1 is not included?? Do you mean that ~11.0.1 means 11.0.2 or higher?? I don't understand that :-( When I read ~11.0.1, I think that this plugin works fine for 11.0.1 version, right?

Please, can you confirm that we need 11.0.2 version so as to use the Tag plugin? Thank you in advance.

Please try again using plugin version 2.14.1, which is fully compatible with GLPI 11.0.2 (and 11.0.1 too)

However, the best approach is to keep everything fully up to date.

Hello, we have installed the 2.14.1 version of the tag plugin in GLPI 11.0.1 and some errors dissapear, but when we try to add a tag in a ticket, nothing happens, we can see the tags previously added but we can't add, modify or remove tags from tickets. Although we know that the best approach is to keep everything fully up to date, now it is quite difficult for us to update de GLPI version, We have just updated to 11.0.1. So please, can you check why we can't add tags to the tickets. Thank you very much.

We've been able to update GLPI to 11.0.2 eventually and the tag plugin works perfectly. From my point of view, the information in the plugin release 2.14.1 must be changed where the GLPI version is indicated to ~11.0.2 to avoid misunderstundings ;-)

Have you updated the data injection plugin? Because tag plugin needs data injection plugin. We updated GLPI to 11.0.2 and the problem disappeared ant the plugin works perfectly. I'm so sorry, I can't help you more :-(

The tag plugin requires the DataInjection plugin

False. The DataInjection plugin is only required if you want to perform massive tag imports.
