[BUG] Plugs cannot be switched anymore #76

See issue header. Could be related to the recent Adam firmware update to v3.0.23?
Evidence
Tried switching a Plug, it worked before. But not anymore.
Nothing in the logs.
Home Assistant (please complete the following information):
- Version: 0.110.4
- Deployment: hassio
- Installed plugwise version: plugwise-beta, various versions
- Installed through HACS
Smile (please complete the following information):
- Sort of Smile: Adam
- Firmware: 3.0.23
Additional context
Could also be an error in Smile.
