Improvement: add Types for Number and Select

All changes:

• Add NumberType, SelectType and SelectOptionsType Literal typing
• Add missing fixture for updates (@CoMPaTech )
• Line up applicable key-names with key-names used in PW-beta / Core Plugwise
• Adapt relevant test-code and fixtures
