The PM Lab promotes the creation and dissemination of practical knowledge in Project Management (PM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

The Lab is actively engaged in action research on the application of Artificial Intelligence to Project Management, including forecasting and estimate-at-completion, decision support, and performance analytics. Key research areas also include Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), data architectures, and system integrations supporting end-to-end project governance.

This repository collects research artifacts, prototypes, and experiments related to traditional, Agile, and Hybrid PM approaches, with a strong focus on data-driven and AI-enabled project management practices.
