Expected behavior:

Pool doxygen page should contain inheritance graph, and pool_base public methods in it's methods list.

Details

It's caused by a bug in Doxygen, which was fixed in 1.9.1.
Should switch in CI to OS which supports doxygen 1.9.1 (At the time of creating issue report, it's Fedora rawhide and debian unstable)
