- add initial daily digest (Monitors need daily digest #434)
- add median/90/95th percentile to monitor options (Add median/90/95th pctile to monitors statistic in addition to average #429)
- add maxabs/minabs to monitor options (Add Maxabs, Minabs to statistic in monitors #391)
- fix maxabs/minabs in AggregatedViewSet
