Log data with <> not displayed correctly in admin dashboard

Firstly thank you for an awesome app!

It appears the Logs viewer in the admin dashboard is not displayed correctly when the data contains <...>. I have an application which logs (for instance) a raw "From" email header in the traditional John Smith <john@example.com> form, however the logs only show John Smith. In versions before v0.37.0 this was hidden in the log overview "tags" (displayed beneath every log entry), however clicking on the log entry revealed the full value in the side bar, however as of v0.37.0 it's not visible in either. I suspect it's not limited to just angle brackets, and I'm hoping this is a simple fix. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Thank you for reporting it. The value is falsely detected as tag and it is being stripped instead of html encoding it (in the newer version it uses the same function in both places).

I'll push a fix together with some minor adjustments sometime later today.
