Only New Entities are Syncing

Hello there,

I am facing an issue where only newly created items are being synced using iCloud.
I have a way to manually import or export the database, when importing a full database it's not syncing old data, only newly inserted ones.

any idea what is the issue and how can I fix it?
I have tried everything from reseting reseting the environment to disabling re-enabling iCloud on the device.

Hi @0xifarouk, sorry there isn’t enough info here for us to help out. How are you importing data? And can you reproduce the problem in a fresh project that you can share?

Do you recommend keeping the option for manual export & import with manually inserting the records.

Or just to remove it completely?

Not sure I understand the question. Are you asking whether you should completely remove import/export from your app? If so, that is only a question you can answer. If you want that feature for your app, you should build it. But just make sure to use the right tools for it.
