Change 'datasetName' to 'datasetArtifactId' when creating a benchmark

Context

We want to normalize the nomenclature to artifact identity, when using the <owner>/<name> string. This will avoid confusion with the name field of artifacts.

Description

Update the field name when uploading to the Hub.

Acceptance Criteria

• New benchmarks are created using the datasetArtifactId field.
