- Adds missing webhook types for the validation
- Adds an unit test to ensure that we don't miss new event types
- Adds an exception so that we can catch if the validation fails to parse a new event type that the SDK does not know of
In the event that someone has an older SDK but is getting newer events, we should fail the validation in a catchable way.
