Allow to customise meter unit name

When displaying a meter in the dashboard or on the checkout page, everything now is a "unit".

Could be nice to allow to set the actual name of the unit, like "GiB-hour" or "tokens".

Has anyone tried submitting a pull request or should I do it?

I was going to add this but got stuck in the final stage:

the props (MeteredPriceLabelProps) of the MeteredPriceLabel component of package clients/packages/checkout still referencing the old models/schema defined in the node_modules dir, is it because this package depends on the "@polar-sh/sdk" from npm and not the local one from workspace?

I'd like to explore if we can add a "type" attribute to metered prices. Default would be of type "Scalar". But you could have things like "TB, GB, MB, kB", "Tokens", etc. We could then look at the type and format it much better on checkouts.
Choosing Tokens as type would then be displayed as $0.125 / 1M tokens for example.
