Hello, I am a loyal user of pollinationsai, and I have a few questions I'd like to ask:

1. How can I upgrade from "Spore" to "Seed"? The definition of the upgrade is very vague, and I'm not quite understanding it. Also, how can I find out my Dev point?
2. Currently, pollen replenishment rate: Starting March 16 - seed: 0.01 pollen/hr. Is this the upper limit of 0.01 pollen? If I do not use my API during this hour, will it accumulate to 0.02 pollen?

Does 0.01 accumulate? No — it grants fresh every hour, doesn't stack. Unused pollen from previous hours disappears.

How to upgrade tier?

1. Spore → Seed: Automatic based on account age + activity + GitHub commits
2. Seed → Flower: Submit a working app or get a PR merged (requires Seed first)
3. Flower → Nectar: Significant contributions (requires Flower first)

Tiers must be progressed in order — you can't skip.

No — the hourly system does not stack. You get 0.01 fresh each hour, and unused pollen expires at hour end.

How to upgrade?

1. Seed (0.15/hr, ~3.6/day): Automatic after ~2 weeks of activity + age check
2. Flower (10/day): Submit an app at https://pollinations.ai/Apps — this unlocks the daily grant
3. Purchase: Buy pollen at https://checkout.pollinations.ai for immediate access

The hourly system replaced daily grants in March 2025. Spore tier is intentionally minimal for very light usage. For dev work, you'll want Flower tier or purchased pollen.
