The repo README is what the Marketplace listing renders, so this makes it work for an Action visitor.

  • Badges on one row. They were on separate source lines and stacked vertically on GitHub's Marketplace markdown renderer (the repo blob view collapsed the newlines, which is why it looked fine there). All five are now on one line → one row.
  • Lead with setup. Pulled a ## Gate your CI on MCP grades — GitHub Action section to the very top (right after the hero), and made it current for servers and skills (the old buried section predated the skill-gate — it only showed servers:). The workflow YAML now shows servers: + skills:, permissions: contents: read, the inputs/outputs list, and the run-anywhere npx @polygraphso/litmus ci.
  • The harness identity (## What litmus is) and repo internals (Layout / Develop / Release) follow.

Removed the now-duplicate buried ## CI gate (GitHub Action) section.

The Marketplace listing renders this README. Put all hero badges on a single line
(they were stacking vertically on GitHub's Marketplace markdown renderer, which
keeps the line breaks), and pull a setup-first 'Gate your CI' section — now current
for servers AND skills — to the top so an Action visitor sees how to set it up
before the harness internals.
