Find a better way to implement inexact Newton-Krylov (INK) solvers

Now that we've moved to Sundials v4, we have new abstractions for linear solvers and for nonlinear solvers. This is good news, in the sense that we can now provide our own interfaces for these things and plug them more systematically into Sundials.
