Plan Uniswap V2 Web3API Demo

Create a plan for what the Uniswap V2 demo will include to properly show all of Web3API's benefits (viewable here: https://github.com/Web3-API/specification/blob/main/spec/intro/1_Introduction.md#impact)

Some initial ideas:

• Fork the Uniswap dApp, and rebuild it using Web3API
• For each place in the UI where Web3API queries are being sent (buttons, numbers, etc), have a question mark icon. When you hover over it, it'll popup the query that's used for that piece of the UI.
• In order to show-off the automatic update feature of Web3API, have a button in the UI that will somehow change the API's implementation and publish that to ENS. Then when the app is reloaded, the newly set Web3API will be used (as the ENS will be freshly queried to fetch the package). This will show how they can push updates and the app doesn't have to rebuild.
• Show how other Web3APIs can import and use Uniswap's Web3API (no UI needed).
