new python v3.13 causes mayhem
start playing with gumbler fit
First test of Gumbel fit to data with random noise - needs to be crosschecked
Try out of gumbel fit on real data - needs to be cross-checked
old version scrapped
Made everything into a library where you can run the nnls reconstruction given either real data or simulated data and then calculate the error on the fit. Can take arrays as inputs, just need to iterate (not very efficient for 1e4 waveforms ~1min run).
