Getting Display and Window Handles

What is the best way to acquire the DisplayHandle and WindowHandle for a window in COSMIC?

I'm aware of the HasDisplayHandle and HasWindowHandle traits that require methods to retrieve those handle structs, but I don't think I see a clear way to acquire implementations of those traits in a COSMIC application.
