Bubble never show up again after clicking on it

When an error bubble is clicked it disappears [expected behaviour].
After that it never reappears, even if the filed has invalid data.

This is due to the fact that css "display" is set to "none" when bubble is clicked and never set back to "block".

My way is change the js file:jquery.validationEngine.js
at the line 32
$(this).closest('.formErrorOuter').remove();
----->
$(this).parent('.formErrorOuter').remove();
$(this).remove();

@wzheart - Sorry, I missed your fix before I sent in mine. Turns out that changing .formErrorOuter to .formError seems to fix this and a few other bugs as well.
