This PR introduces comprehensive support for marking and visually indicating "upcoming" documentation pages (those that are not yet available in the current version but are planned for a future release). It includes backend logic for detecting such pages, updates to the build process to track and expose this information, and frontend/UI enhancements to clearly show upcoming features in both the main content and sidebar. Additionally, we improve internationalization and badge logic related to versioning.
