This PR introduces a custom tooltip system for the documentation site, replacing native browser tooltips with consistently styled tooltips using Tippy.js. The implementation includes automatic conversion of all
titleattributes to styled tooltips, dark mode support, smart positioning, and a material-inspired animation.
