This PR introduces the Page Status Badges feature, which allows visual indicators (such as "New", "Deprecated", etc.) to be displayed in the sidebar navigation and below page titles. The implementation includes configuration options, internationalization, style definitions, and the JavaScript needed to render the badges dynamically based on page metadata.
