This PR introduces OpenTelemetry (OTel) integration. This enables the export of validation results as metrics, traces, and logs. It adds new integration classes and utility functions, updates the package configuration to support OTel as an optional dependency, and provides tests for the new OTel functionality. Also, a new User Guide page was added.
