Incorrect runner chart UI #13788

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the tracker for existing similar issues and I know that duplicates will be closed
Describe the Issue
requeset per second is 37.55, while chart and tooltip displays 800 req/s. PDF and html report are correctly displaying 37.55.
