Pear's Rosetta Preview app and optional CLI prepare official Windows Steam and open its library. The replacement runtime uses Wine 11.0 from the pinned CodeWeavers 26.3 source input with DXMT 0.80; it supersedes the historical Libraries 3.1.1 candidate. Observations are limited to M4 Pro, 24 GB, macOS 26.5.2. The candidate targets Apple Silicon/macOS 26+ and requires Rosetta.
On that host, official Steam login, owned Megabonk installation, normal Steam launch, menu/input, qualitative extended gameplay/audio and local save restoration were observed or confirmed by the owner. These observations do not qualify other games, other Macs or a newer app binary automatically.
No qualified public app release is available. Previously tested app/CLI/runtime candidates received notarization acceptance. A newer hosted app/CLI source revision passed portable and macOS CI, but its Developer ID signing, notarization and affected local checks are not complete. Actions archives are development artifacts.
Remaining delivery work includes GUI download interruption/retry, actual post-reinstall launch, measured 20-minute play, clean-setup delivery, and final source/notice and acquisition checks. A fresh prefix on the build host is not an independent Mac test. Source publication is separate from binary release.
Follow Task #47 and the delivery plan. There is no published npm/npx package or Homebrew installation. The Rosetta-free runtime remains a separate development track.
