View History

• $ git log to view our history in our commit

• HEAD is a reference to the current branch so this is how git knows what branch we are currently working on with unique identifier

• to go to the next page press space and to quit press q

• $ git log --oneline this shows us a short summary of the commit

• $ git log --oneline --reverse reverse now you can see the first command be on top and here is the last commit now
