Repository navigation

Sorry for the late reply! I missed this discussion because I didn’t see a notification for it. Thanks for bringing this up! I checked the code and confirmed that the Inspector still hardcodes main as the comparison base. The fix for #245 covered worktree creation and auto-sync, but not this part. My proposed fix is to detect the default branch per repository, let you choose a different comparison branch when needed, and remember that choice for each repository. The UI would also show the actual branch name instead of always saying “Against main.” This should cover master, custom branch names, and local-only repositories without requiring a network fetch. |

I just found that Roamgate seems to have
mainhardcoded on some functions, for example, Inspector -> Againts mainThe thing is, I created the repository I'm working on locally and GIT uses
masteras the default branch. So, in my case, for example, I have a mix of projects with
mainand withmaster, but I bet there are also genuine cases that are NOT usingmainormaster. So, I think Roamgate should detect the default branch each time you switch projects or store that information in the project's config.
Probably related to this fix: #245
